Made from 27 year old vines from the Wahluke Slope AVA, this pure varietal Semillon exhibits the aroma of pear, peach and apricot. The dominant flavor is green apple with a crisp, clean finish. 2009 Semillon Traditionnelle $18.00
Once again, a fabulous pure-varietal made from the now 29 year old vines from the Wahluke Slope AVA. This year it has a predominant flavor of apricot. Harvested from Wahluke Slope AVA vines that are over 30 years old, our 2009 Chardonnay is, again, a unique, semi-sweet Chardonnay created by halting the fermentation process to retain some residual sugar. This thin-skinned, Italian grape yields a spectacular violet-red, medium bodied wine. Combined with the sweet Hugarian Oak, it creates a toasted vanilla aroma. Bright with flavors of black cherries, raspberries, blueberries and faint floral notes of violets combined with subtle nuances of cinnamon and clove. This 100% Sangiovese is radiant.

This semi-sweet Semillon, from the Wahluke Slope AVA, is a blend of our traditional Semillon and our late harvest Semillon ("Doux"). By blending, we create the perfect , slightly sweet, summer wine which exhibits clean flavors, predominately apricot.
