Shipping Policy

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to certain states.  We are currently licensed to ship to Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Minnesota and California.  Check back, as we hope to be able to ship to other states soon.  We do not currently ship outside the United States.  Please contact us if you have questions or for more information.

 

All wine orders must be placed and received by someone 21 years of age or older.  Verification of age is required at the time of delivery.  We recommend the use of a business address to facilitate the delivery of your purchase.  Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.  In such circumstances, the order may be held at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery.  All associated costs will be the responsibility of and charged to the customer.

Shipping Methods

We ship by Fed Ex.  Shipping options will be displayed at check-out.

    Note: Orders may take up to three business days to process before shipping.  If you require faster delivery, please notify us by phone at 509 762 5922 or e-mail on our Contact Us page.

    Shipping Rates

    We calculate shipping rates according to order weight and Fed-Ex delivery zone.  Your exact shipping charge will be displayed in the checkout, before you submit your order.

     
    Shipping Wine in Extreme Temperatures
    During the months of January, February, June, July, August and December; we prefer to ship wines traveling longer than 1-2 days only on Mondays to avoid having our wine sit in an uncontrolled climate over the weekend.  If you do not wish to wait for moderate temperatures and choose to have your wine shipped immediately, Dry Falls Cellars accepts no responsibility for wines damaged by extreme temperatures.

    Customer Satisfaction
    We, at Dry Falls Cellars, are committed to providing an excellent product to our customers.  We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order.  If not, we will gladly exchange your product or refund your purchase within 30 days of your order.  If your product is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company.  If you should have any questions or concerns regarding the wine you purchase from Dry  Falls Cellars, please contact us by phone, mail or e-mail.

    Refund Methods
    For refunds or replacement bottles, you are required to return the spoiled or off-condition wine.  Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please do not dispose of the wine.  Re-cork it and call us at 509-762-5922 so that we may arrange for a replacement.
